Godiva is a beautiful chocolate colored sweetheart that we recently rescued from a local municipal shelter. She showed up there as a stray, neglected, emaciated, covered in scars, with her ears cropped. She had certainly had at least one litter of puppies in her previous life. She is now happy to be safe and sound, and spayed! Godiva obviously was not well loved in her last home and she is very ready to be spoiled the way she should have been all along. Godiva is estimated to be about four years old. She loves people, despite all she's been through. She is getting used to socializing with other dogs.
