<p>Pepper came to us as an orphan at less than one week old. He has been hand-raised in loving foster homes and has been well socialized with kids, cats, other dogs and lots of people! This handsome boy is more on the independent side, he will play with his toys on his own and he's happy to snooze on the cool tile floor - you might even catch him sleeping on his back, legs out! Pepper is looking for a home with the time and patience to train him on how to be a well mannered family member.
