About Icicle
Click apply to start the adoption process. Despite the chilly weather in the Virginia Beach area lately, there's no reason you shouldn't meet Icicle, a sweet and warm-hearted young husky/shepherd mix. Icicle is around 8 months old and came to the rescue after being surrendered by her previous owner, having previously lived with 11 other dogs. Because of her past, Icicle missed out on some important socialization and confidence-building experiences, so she'll benefit from patient, positive guidance as she adjusts to her new life. Her future home should have children over the age of 6, and it's required that any resident dogs participate in a meet-and-greet before adoption. Adopters should come prepared to support Icicle with potty training, crate training, socialization, and extra confidence building. With time and attention, Icicle will flourish into a wonderful companion—she just needs someone to help her along the way. What are you waiting for? Apply today!
