About Buddy Holly

They are waiting with paws crossed! Apply now! Buddy Holly is a distinguished 7-year-old jack russell terrier mix who recently found himself seeking a fresh start after being part of a group of JRTs rescued from a hoarding situation. Despite his challenging beginnings, Buddy has shown quite a social side, gets along well with other dogs, and walks beautifully on a leash. His friendly nature shines through, although due to his prior experiences, any children in the home should be aged 6 or older, and a meet and greet with resident dogs is required to ensure compatibility. A little extra care will go a long way with Buddy, as he will need a dental procedure before being officially adopted, which will be completely covered by the Grey Muzzle grant. Staff are more than happy to answer any questions or arrange a meeting with this resilient and charming pup. Make their next chapter their best one yet.
