Meet Marcel! Marcel is a roly-poly bundle of joy with a cherubic face and irresistibly soft fur. Friendly and affectionate, he loves curling up beside his human—sometimes even drifting off to sleep on them. He’s also wonderfully intuitive, knowing when to give you space and happily napping nearby. Rescued just before a cold snap from an overcrowded trailer park, Marcel started off under the weather with an upper respiratory infection and a poor appetite. But once he recovered, his playful spirit—and big love of food—came shining through! These days, he may just need a gentle reminder to take a break from eating and go play. Marcel doesn’t like being alone and will let you know if he’s feeling lonely. He’s happiest with a companion to play and snuggle with, whether that’s another kitty or his favorite human.
