About Max
Max is a 2-year-old Pitbull/Hound mix weighing in at 62 pounds of love, energy, and cuddles. With his short white coat covered in adorable brown spots, he's as handsome as he is sweet. This large, playful boy is fully house-trained, crate-trained, and incredibly well-mannered in the home, he can even be trusted out of the kennel during the day and rarely barks. Max is the perfect mix of active and affectionate. He starts his mornings full of energy, ready for walks, runs, or playtime (he especially loves durable squeaky toys!), and by evening, he's all about winding down, snuggling up, and soaking in belly rubs. He already knows basic commands like sit, stay, and come, and is working on "shake." Max would do best in a home with a fenced yard where he can burn off his energy in addition to daily walks. He's not a fan of baths, but his loving personality more than makes up for it! He's not prone to separation anxiety and settles down nicely when left alone. Max came from a loving home and adjusted easily to his foster family. Now he's ready to find his forever home, one where he can keep being his happy, playful self and end every day curled up next to his favorite humans. If you're looking for a loyal, fun-loving companion who will keep you active and then cuddle up by your side, Max might be your perfect match!
