This hilarious little guy is equal parts puppy chaos and social butterfly. He absolutely loves playing with the dogs in his foster home and would be thrilled to have a canine sibling to wrestle and zoom with. There is a cat in the foster home, and Willy is convinced they are meant to be best friends. The cat…is less convinced. He keeps trying though, which we admire for the optimism alone.
