Herbert is a big boy with a big heart. He is neutered, vaccinated, microchipped, and heartworm negative. He is ready to have a family of his own! Herbert is a 130 pound purebred mastiff. Sadly, he experienced horrible neglect for the first several years of his life. He spent years chained to a wooden slab, unable to walk more than 4 feet in diameter.
