Tommy the Terrier is looking for his perfect senior living home. Tommy is believed to be a Wire Hair Fox Terrier, estimated to be about 9 years old, neutered, and under 20 pounds. While he may be a little older, Tommy is still a happy boy with plenty of good years left to spend with a loving family. He's up to date on all his vaccines and will be getting a dental cleaning before adoption. Overall, he appears healthy, though his eyesight is starting to decline slightly with age. He can still see, but you can tell he's earned a few senior perks. Tommy seems to like other dogs, doesn't mind the cats, and is an easy walker. He's also crate trained, though he may bark a bit at first when settling in. He's not very used to being picked up yet, but he's getting more comfortable with it the longer he's with us. His vet intake wasn't his favorite experience, but aside from that he's been an incredibly happy little guy. Now Tommy just needs someone willing to give an older gentleman the greatest gift of all-a place to spend the rest of his days feeling safe, loved, and finally home.
