He’s a joyful, enthusiastic pup who thrives with structure, activity, and confident adult leadership. This boy loves other dogs and would be happiest in a home with a canine friend (or two) to play with and learn from. Murphy has been through training and knows his basics, but like any young, energetic dog, he still needs consistent reminders and guidance. His previous family adored him and invested a lot in helping him succeed, but his size and exuberance were simply too much for their household, especially with a child who became fearful of his enthusiasm. In the right environment—an active adult home with people who enjoy exercise, routine, and continued training—Murphy will absolutely flourish. He’s social, playful, affectionate, and eager to be someone’s loyal companion.
