About Mia
Mia has a face you hardly forget—a sly smirk, tongue peeking out, and eyes that suggest she’s always a step ahead. Her golden coat with a white chest pairs perfectly with a goofy, expressive presence that looks straight out of a comedy. At about 35 lbs, Mia is built for couch time and adventures alike, always up for play or curling up at your side. Recently rescued and fostered after life as a stray, she passed the household cat test and fits right in around other dogs, too. Mia’s playful and happy, but what really sets her apart is how ready she is for a real home—her own person, some daily fun, and a little room for her signature sass. Right now, she’s sharing kennel space, but she’s dreaming bigger. Mia is one of those dogs the memory lingers long after you close the door. They are waiting with paws crossed! Apply now!
