Tootsie is an 8-month-old kitten who has sadly been at the shelter since she was an 8-week-old kitten with her brother. She was born to an outdoor feral mother and was quite scared when she first arrived but quickly warmed up. We have loved watching her grow into the confident young cat she is now, but we would love to see her find that special home. She loves everyone and will let you carry her around like a little baby, but she also enjoys her playroom time with her cat friends. Tootsie would love to become a part of your family!
