Miss Loula really opens up when she has pup friends around. She grew up with many siblings and other dogs around, but has had limited socialization with people.She has made good strides of normalization with them around the past 6 weeks in the shelter enviroment. Loula will now enter a foster home to continue blossoming. Loula would do best with another pup sibling around to play with and make her feel comfortable. She is a shy, sweet, playful girl who is just waiting for her special family to welcome her.
