About Mojo

Meet Mojo: The Charismatic Leader of the Pack Looking for a dog with personality, confidence, and a whole lot of heart? Meet Mojo, a one-year-old dynamo who is ready to take charge of your backyard and your heart. At a sturdy 30 pounds, he's the perfect medium-sized companion-big enough for heavy-duty play, but small enough to snuggle on the couch. The Mojo Lifestyle Mojo is a high-energy guy who truly lives for zoomies. If you have a fenced-in backyard, he'll be your personal entertainer, showing off his impressive speed and agility. Pack Leader: Mojo has a natural "alpha" spark. He loves playing with other dogs, but he definitely prefers to be the one calling the shots during a game of tag. Social Butterfly: He's at his best when he's engaged and active with his four-legged friends. Top-Tier Manners Don't let his playful energy fool you-Mojo is a total pro when it comes to living indoors. He's already done the hard work so you don't have to: Fully Potty Trained: A reliable housemate from day one. Crate Trained: He knows the drill and settles in easily for some downtime. Bath Time Bonus: While some dogs hide from the tub, Mojo leans in-especially if there's a good ear scrub involved. It's his absolute favorite way to relax. Health & Readiness Mojo is 100% ready for his forever home: Neutered Heartworm Negative If you're looking for a confident, fun-loving companion who will keep you moving and keep you smiling, Mojo is your man! Other info will be discussed in detail with the foster during the application review process. Due to the high volume of introductions/questions received we ask you to submit an application (that application can be used for any dog with Take Paws Rescue). The adoption fee for adult dogs covers age appropriate vaccinations, microchip, spay/neuter if not yet performed, heartworm test & appropriate heartworm treatment by the rescue's vet. All dogs in our care are also kept up-to-date on HW/Flea Prevention. For more on this, or for additional information, including the adoption process and our adoption fee scale for all our adoptable pets (including an explanation about Benefactor Dogs), please see our FAQs page: https://www.takepawsrescue.org/faq Any breed labels used by Take Paws Rescue, its employees/volunteers, or on vet records provided cannot be guaranteed. Breed labels are given based on information obtained during intake and/or best guesses based on appearance and/or temperament of the dogs and Take Paws Rescue gives no assurance to the accuracy of these labels. Labels are necessary for postings to many animal networking sites, such as our website, Chewy, Pet Finder, and others. These are in no way a guarantee. Additionally, exact age and potential size cannot be guaranteed. ***Take Paws Rescue saves dogs from high-kill shelters across the South, owner surrenders, and discarded dogs with uncertain futures. All of our animals live in foster homes where they are socialized, and well cared for. An application will be required to make sure it's the perfect match!
