Meet Kim! A cute little black puppy ready for her forever home! Kim's sister Khloe is the brown puppy in the pictures. She's learning the basics of the world simply by being handled, fed, and cared for here, but structured socialization will be up to their adopters. Once home, she'll need calm, positive exposure to new people, friendly vaccinated dogs, different environments, car rides, sounds, and experiences . This early window of socialization is incredibly important, and steady, gentle introductions will help her grow into a confident, well-adjusted dog. Adopters should be prepared for a true puppy-training experience . You'll need to take her out frequently - after naps, meals, playtime, and first thing in the morning - and expect accidents as she learns. Consistency, supervision, and patience will be key. Kim is clean slate and will follow the routine you set once she's home . As for general training, she has not received any behavioral or obedience work here. Adopters should be ready to teach name recognition, crate training, basic manners, leash skills, and the foundations of training . Short, upbeat sessions and plenty of praise will help them learn, but they'll need time, structure, and commitment from their new families.
