Brigid is a soulful, sweet and tiny 10 month old kitty who is such a gem. She is absolutely stunning and I can’t wait to get better photos of her. She is 10 months and a petite 5.5 pounds. Her fluffy long hair makes her look bigger, she is a majestic beauty. Brigid has blossomed so much in the short time she has been here. I have an amazing video of her purring up a storm. She and her littermates were put outside at just 6 weeks old, so this inside life must feel like a dream. Delicious food, no dangers, and tons of love from humans. I LOVE that she has been out and about more during the day, eating, exploring and now chillaxing in different cat condos and towers! I am trying to engage her with toys but for now she’s like, nahhh, I am good right where I am! Gotta great view of Cat TV, watching birds, bunnies and squirrels at the moment. And 3 big windows to watch the world outside too! Her backstory is….shortly after arriving at the shelter, Brigid delivered three stillborn kittens, and the one surviving kitten sadly passed away 24 hours later. She is just a kitten herself and had no idea what was happening. Despite all of that, Brigid is so trusting and loves to be pet by humans. She is not skittish at all and now rolls over onto her back for even more pets, showing us just how much her trust is growing each day. We know it will take being in a forever home for Brigid to fully blossom and enjoy all the comforts of her very own happily ever after. And we hope that home appears for her soon. Brigid is a healthy gal, has her vaccines and boosters, is FIV, feline leukemia, and heartworm negative, is parasite-free and microchipped as well.
