Cindy is a 3 year old Havanese who came to us as an owner surrender since her owner is in poor health. She can be pretty stand offish at first with people she doesn't know, but once she gets comfortable with you she is a super silly playful girl. She has lived with other little dogs in the past but never with any large dogs or cats so we don't know how they would feel about them. She is still working on her housebreaking as she does tend to still have accidents in the house on occasion. Please apply at Whsadopt.org if you are interested in meeting her.
