My name is Whisp and I am available for adoption! I was brought to RASKC on March 10, 2026 through Animal Control after I was abandoned at a park with all my belongings. I weighed only 35 lbs when I arrived so I was severely underweight. With regular feedings I am up to 42 lbs now! A healthy weight for me would be 45-50 lbs :) I was really unsure of people at first, but could you blame me? Now that I comfortable I love to give kisses all the time. I am a sweet, but excitable girl! I am very active and love to run around in the yard and go on long walks! I can be a little jumpy but thats just because I am so excited to meet you! I am very food motivated so traits like this can be trained out with patience! I have met some dogs here and seem to do well with dogs my size! We always reccomend bringing your dog to RASKC to meet!
