Ms. Perkins is a recently retired Mom of 6 and is now looking to live her best life since her kids are leaving the nest. She is fully potty trained, leash trained, and crate trained. She also knows "sit" and "up". More perks about this girl. She is good with children of all ages! She is good with other dogs too, but she is much better with girl dogs than boy dogs. And the sweet things continue.... Ms Perkins is a cuddle bug. As soon as you lay down, she will jump up and spoon with you. If you are sitting on the couch, she will find the closest space to you and make that spot hers. She can never get enough affection from you (literally, if you stop she is that dog that will nudge your hand back up or scoot under it so you will start up again). She also will do the downward dog position, so you have easy access to give her butt scratches. This petite, above average beauty won't snatch food/treats from your hand and does her own house work (collects all toys into one place). She loves squeak toys (she carries her rubber chicken everywhere she goes, including to bed). Perkins is shy when you first meet her (not aggressive, just non-reactive in general). Calm reassurance, and affection (petting, scratching behind the ears etc.) eases her. You can tell when she is nervous/anxious because she actually paces back and forth.
