Ready to adopt your new best friend? Madison is a sweet & sassy 9-month-old female that has truly blossomed in foster care after starting out as shy and scared. She is 35 pounds and has short legs. We wonder if she may be a lemon beagle and border collie mix? Highlights: Crate trained, great with dogs and cats, and super affectionate! Shy with new people but warms up with treats. Training: Working on potty training and learning not to chew on things! She is still really a puppy. She needs a family dedicated to continued training. She’s a fast learner and incredibly treat-motivated. She needs an active home that will play with her and help her learn proper manners. She’s also working on her leash walking skills. Initially, she was too scared to walk and now she thinks the leash is a game of tug-o-war. She has become so much more comfortable, silly and happy in such a short time.
