Roger is the definition of main character energy with a serious love for the simple things in life: sniffing every inch of the outdoors and soaking up allll the affection. This happy guy greets you with gentle, bouncy "hi!!" hops before melting into you for pets (don't skip the butt scritches-he will absolutely remind you). On walks, Roger is a proud member of the "follow your nose" club, happily zig-zagging his way through adventures, and he's shown playful, enthusiastic interest in other dogs he meets along the way. He's also done well in playgroup with several dog friends at our Rescue Care Center! He's sweet, a little silly, and happiest when he's close to his people-whether that's leaning in for more love or politely placing a paw in your lap to ask for it.
