About Lydia
Lydia came from a tough place—her early days were spent living in a car alongside over a dozen other cats, cared for by a man who meant well but couldn’t keep up. The real turning point came just before Christmas, when Lydia and some of her companions found safety and stability outside that cramped backseat. She's been through more than most, but what stands out about Lydia is her sweet, affectionate nature despite it all. At about a year old, she relaxes into gentle petting and doesn't shy away from new people or places. Her background with so many other cats is clear: she gets along with other felines and, even after all that chaos, does great with kids too. Lydia is now looking for a stable home where she can finally settle in for good. She’s just waiting for that last ride out of the shelter and into someone’s calm, loving world. They are waiting with paws crossed! Apply now!
