Chevey is a brave and curious boy who is hoping to find his forever home. He was brought to JPAWS on 1/31/26 as a stray from Gretna. He does have a microchip, but no one answered his human's phone, nor has anyone called looking for him. He has a friendly and affectionate nature and gets along well with other dogs. Chevey is a senior dog so is not as active as a puppy, perfect for an older person looking for a loyal companion. He is smart and eager to learn, always ready to take on new challenges and experiences. Chevey has a heart as big as his curiosity and enjoys walks, laying in the grass and smelling new odors.
