Spanky arrived at the shelter because of life changes with his family. He is an older boy, who is missing one ear, but still is very handsome. Spanky is happy to see you and so enjoys being outside and taking leisurely walks. He does have a hip issue, but that doesn't diminish his enjoyment of your time together. Spanky has good house manners and appreciates the attention that you give.
