Meet Popsicle - your future best friend with energy for days and love to spare Popsicle is an almost 4-month-old female Black Mouth Cur/Australian Shepherd mix with a big personality packed into a little body. She's incredibly energetic and would thrive in an active home that can keep up with her zest for life-whether that's a large yard or land, lots of outdoor adventures, and/or even a farm setting. She'd absolutely love a playful canine companion to help burn off some of that puppy energy! What really makes Popsicle special is her heart. She is super affectionate and trusting-she bonds quickly with new people and is always ready to give love. She also has the cutest little head tilt whenever you talk to her or make a sound-it's impossible not to smile when she does it! Popsicle currently gets along well with cats and shows great manners around people food-she doesn't beg or try to sneak a bite, which is amazing for such a young pup. Like many puppies, Popsicle is still learning the ropes. She's working on house training and will need a patient adopter committed to consistency. She currently goes outside frequently (every 15-20 minutes), but still has accidents and may "nervous pee" when excited or overwhelmed. With time, structure, and positive reinforcement, she's sure to make great progress. Crate training is also a work in progress. She may bark or whine when first settling in, but she is not destructive and will eventually calm down and sleep for several hours without accidents. Once she's let out, she'll need to go outside right away. Popsicle is looking for a home that understands puppy energy, is ready for some training, and wants a loyal, loving, and endlessly entertaining companion.
