Tootsie is in the house! She is 6 years old and weighs 19 lbs. Tootsie arrived at the rescue a little skinny, so we are working on putting a few pounds on her. She would love a retired, quiet home where she can lay on your lap all day. She gets along with submissive dogs and would excel as an only dog or maybe only one other quiet dog. She's ready to stand her ground if a dog tries to show dominance over her, otherwise, she is a very sweet, 100% lap dog. Tootsie takes treats very gently. She is learning to walk on a leash and loves car rides. Tootsie’s adoption fee is $250 and she is being fostered in Prague OK.
