Hi... my name is Squishy. I'm not really sure where my story began, but I do know where I ended up along the way. I was found wandering the streets of Alabama, and my old legs were tired-so tired that I found a shady tree, curled up, and took a long nap just trying to rest. When I woke up, someone was there trying to help me. He did the best he could for me for a long time, and now I've made my way to Big Dog Ranch. I'm hoping this is where things start to get a little easier. My bones are older now, and I don't move like a young pup anymore. What I need most is simple-some help, some comfort, and a soft bed where I can finally truly rest. I'm very dog friendly, and I love meeting people. I still have a gentle heart and I'm happy just being near someone who cares. I just need a person who understands that I'm not a young buck anymore... I'm a senior soul who just needs a little TLC and a lot of kindness for whatever time comes next.
