Monkey likes jingly feather toys, sitting in front of a screened window keeping watch over the neighborhood, hanging out on the back of the couch cushions, and getting belly rubs. Her favorite sleeping spot is right behind your knees or on top of your feet. She is particular about the way her food is distributed in her bowl and will remind you to do it correctly. She's about eight years old and declawed on all four paws by people who didn't know better. Monkey needs a new home. Her family has grown a lot, adding three children (all under four years old) and a big, rambunctious dog. Monkey is frightened of all of them, all of the time. She spends most of her time hiding. She's a sweet, mellow kitty who doesn't ask for a lot--a quiet home without big, loud dogs or young children would suit her well.
