Tootsie might be the cutest puppy you will ever see. She has beautiful green eyes and the cutest freckles. She is a typical high energy puppy. Her modes are nap and play. When she naps she wants to cuddle up on you and is the sweetest little girl. When she plays she wants to chew everything so toys are a must! We are working on potty training with a combination of potty pads and going outside. She would be perfect for a high energy active home even better if you work from home! From the Vet: Tootsie came into rescue and the Medical team examined her due to her wobbly gait. The medical team suspects a congenital cerebellar condition secondary to an infection her mom had while she was in utero. Tootsie is clinically stable with no proprioception deficits, most of her clinical abnormalities fit best with a cerebellar condition. If cerebellar hypoplasia, she can live out a normal life but just has a few more quirks.
