About Gidget
Gidget is a beautiful young pup with a gentle soul and a bright future ahead of her. Born on 12/05/2025, this Great Pyrenees/Anatolian Shepherd mix is already showing all the signs of becoming a wonderful companion. With her soft tan and white coat and sweet, submissive nature, Gidget has quickly become a favorite in her foster home. As a large-breed puppy, Gidget is still learning about the world around her--but she's off to a fantastic start. She has been fostered with dogs of all sizes and does wonderfully with them, showing a calm and friendly demeanor. While her interactions with cats are unknown, she has shown no signs of prey drive so far. She has also met children in her foster home and handled those interactions with a gentle, easygoing attitude. Gidget is truly a "blank slate" in the best way. She has not yet had leash experience and is just beginning her training journey, but she is doing well with the basics and is eager to learn. She rides nicely on short car trips and is adjusting well to being part of a family routine. With consistent guidance and positive reinforcement, she will continue to grow into a confident and well-mannered dog. With a medium energy level, Gidget enjoys playtime and companionship but also has a naturally calm, sweet disposition. She would thrive in a home that understands large-breed dogs and is committed to continuing her socialization and training as she matures. Gidget came from an unwanted litter, but thanks to a dedicated local rescue and a loving foster family, she is now getting the care, attention, and socialization every puppy deserves. She's ready to find a forever home that will continue to invest in her and love her for the incredible dog she's becoming. If you're looking for a loyal, gentle, and loving companion to grow with your family, Gidget may be the perfect match. ame: Gidget Breed: Great Pyrenees (Breed Mix is not guarantee - no DNA testing has been done) Sex: Female Age: 15 weeks Weight: 28lbs Spayed/Neutered: Too young - Spay/Neuter Contract will be required and strictly enforced. Consider the lifestyle change this puppy will come with. He cannot be crated for more than 3-4 hours until he's older. Puppy-proofing your home will be necessary. Puppies scratch and nip, so if you have small children, can they handle this? Training will be so crucial in this puppy's life. Do you have the time?
