Meet Louie (Bubbles) — a gentle soul who simply loves being close to his people. Whether he's curled up beside you on the couch or resting peacefully at your feet, Louie is happiest just being near you. He enjoys the quiet company of his foster sisters, even if he's not quite interested in playing with them or toys (at least not yet!). Though Louie is deaf, he's a smart boy who has already learned to sit when he sees food or treats - proof that he's both observant and eager to connect. Louie is an absolute joy on walks. He's easygoing, well-behaved, and truly loves getting out to explore the world by your side. Despite being around 13 years old, he has a calm confidence and doesn't seem to be afraid of anything.
