Introducing shimmer. Shimmer was found roaming the highway around 4am in the pouring rain during our transport, she immediately retreated to the woods so we contacted our partners Muva Rufferz Rescue Inc. and asked if they could go out until we made it back and they were able to catch her, Now shimmer finds herself here, overbred, emaciated and heartworm positive. Shimmer is small, she is very scared. She does okay on leash, she does not do much in her kennel, she does not care about other dogs. Shimmer would thrive in a foster home or an understanding adopter ready to teach her how to be a normal dog instead of a dog in survival mode. Could you foster shimmer for a bit?
