Franc is a 4.5 month old, 16 lb adorable, scruffy Schnauzer/Heeler mix. Mom looked like a Schnauzer/Havanese mix, so we are guessing dad was a Heeler. Franc was the big boy of the litter, so he thinks he's the boss! He is smart and energetic, and needs an adopter who will provide playtime, exercise, and mental stimulation.
