A compassionate passerby spotted him wandering dangerously close to a busy highway and didn’t hesitate. In a single, brave moment, they scooped Rayo up before tragedy could strike. Rayo was brought to a vet and scanned for a microchip, holding onto the quiet hope that maybe he was simply lost. A chip was found. Calls were made. Messages were left. But heartbreak followed—his owner refused to return the calls, refused to come for him, refused to care that Rayo was safe and waiting. That’s when his future truly changed.
