Jasper is an active puppy that was found wandering the streets of Texas with his siblings with no safe place to go. He can likes the attention. Jasper has been playing and getting attention from the foster's children ages 6-10. He is playful and loves other dogs. Jasper is crate trained and working hard on his house training.
