After a rough start as the only surviving kitten of her litter found outside, Moxy has a reserved, sensitive nature. But don't let her shyness fool you! The Magic of Moxy & her Infinite Purr: Timid at first, but once the pets start, the "engine" revs up—and the purrs never end! Underneath her quiet exterior is a kitten who desperately wants to be your best friend. Moxy isn't a high-energy "wild child." Recently, the outside door to Moxy and her mom’s private suite was accidentally left cracked on a night with extreme temperature drops. Moxy slipped out, much to her caregiver’s dismay! She was very difficult to trap the first time. We advised them to secure mom, Macy, in a crate and leave the door cracked slightly open with the lights off. Within minutes, Moxy decided that "inside living" was definitely best and marched right back in. Whew! No more roughin’ it for this little purrbox. Calm, gentle Moxy is a hidden gem waiting for a patient heart and a soft voice. She’s done trying to survive—now this budding lovebug just wants to be cherished.
