So as a puppy - it is hard to be in the right place at the right time but BOY does little Roy have that down .... notice his photo with a famous Roy (Former Gov. Roy Cooper) who did a photo opp with our Frenchie, Roy! Roy was born with a cleft palate, but don't let that fool you-he's just like any other puppy. His condition is easily managed by ensuring his food is the right size so it doesn't get stuck in his cleft. With a little extra care, Roy is ready to take on the world! He's got the most hilarious facial expressions: you can just FEEL him judging!!
