River is a loving, cuddly dog who enjoys being close to her people and soaking up affection. River can be a little timid at first and will need some time and patience to settle into a new environment, but once she feels comfortable, her sweet personality really shines. She does well with dogs, kids, and strangers, though cats make her a little nervous. She's housebroken and does fine when left alone, but she isn't a fan of being crated. River does not like being left outside unattended and will look for a way out of a fence if she is, so she'll need a secure home where she can spend most of her time indoors with her family. She loves going for walks and runs, spending time outside, and riding in the front seat of the car. At the end of the day, she's happiest curling up in bed with her favorite people. While she may not have the best listening skills yet, she makes up for it with her affectionate personality and love for companionship. This sweet girl would do great in a home that can give her plenty of love, outdoor time, and patience as she continues to learn and settle in. River is spayed, fully vaccinated, microchipped, and heartworm negative and on prevention.
