We really do not want to waste anyone's time if you are not serious about adopting this dog. Meet Nala a sweet, playful pup with a heart full of love and a personality that’s impossible to resist. Nala is a 6 month old Retriever/Collie mix. She is spayed, fully vaccinated, and up to date on all her preventatives, so she’s ready to head straight into her forever home. Nala is a social butterfly when it comes to other dogs. She absolutely loves to play and has done wonderfully with pups of all sizes, even up to 80 lbs. She’s been around smaller dogs and is gentle and respectful, taking their corrections well if she gets a little too excited. As a young pup, she’s still learning social cues, but she plays nicely and shows no signs of aggression. With a medium to high energy level, Nala thrives on playtime, walks, and fun adventures. She loves fetch, carrying sticks on walks, and bringing toys along to the park for a good run. Once she’s had her fun, she’s more than happy to settle down for a nap. She can be wonderfully calm around the house, balancing her playful side with her ability to relax and unwind. Nala has great potential on leash she walks nicely with a loose leash when there are no distractions, though she may pull a bit when she spots other dogs. She’s actively working on her manners and improving every day. She’s also learning crate training and can stay in her crate for up to 6 hours. While she may fuss briefly at first, she settles down and often enjoys napping inside, especially when her crate is cozy and covered. This affectionate girl adores people just as much as she loves other dogs. Nala is confident and happy meeting strangers, often sitting politely for pets or rolling over for belly rubs. She rarely barks and has shown no signs of fearfulness. She’s also great with kids and has done well around cats, making her a wonderful candidate for many different types of homes. Nala is the perfect mix of silly, curious, and loving. She’s a cuddler at heart and will happily squeeze herself beside you just to be close. Whether she’s playing, exploring, or snuggled up for a nap, Nala brings warmth and joy wherever she goes. With a bit of continued training and lots of love, she will make an incredible companion in a home ready to embrace her playful and gentle spirit. ***Listed BREED and AGE - We are taking our best guess & recommendations from our veterinarian on age, breed and size when fully grown.
