Tarquin is a confident and curious little explorer with a heart full of love. He’s always the first to check out new toys or greet new people, and his playful personality makes him a joy to be around. After his rescue from a high-capacity California shelter, Tarquin is now thriving in foster care and learning all about the good life. He would do great in a home ready for puppy adventures, playtime, and lots of cuddles.
