Clarice’s story started a little differently than most. Her mom was rescued by a kind-hearted man while pregnant, and Clarice was born safely indoors. While his intentions were good, Clarice spent her first year of life in a quiet environment with very little human interaction. Fast forward to today, and Clarice has come such a long way and is still blossoming more every day. She’s a sweet, affectionate girl who absolutely loves being pet and will happily soak up attention once she feels comfortable. She also has a playful side and enjoys toys and gentle interaction. Clarice does have a bit of a quirky personality she’s still figuring out the world around her, which just makes her that much more special. She may take a little time to fully settle in, but once she does, you’ll see just how loving and unique she truly is. She is also cat-friendly and kid-friendly, making her a wonderful addition to many different types of homes. Clarice is looking for a patient, understanding home where she can continue to grow and feel safe. The kind of home where someone sees her for exactly who she is — a special little soul who just needed a chance. And trust us… she’s worth it.
