Meet Stellina, a gorgeous black cat with an estimated birthdate of 12/25/2025. Stellina’s favorite place to snuggle is under her foster mom’s chin with her purr on full volume! She is a bit shy and likes to do things on her own terms, but given time she is a total cuddle bug. She loves playing with toys, especially her sushi crinkle toys. We rescued Stellina from a high-risk shelter in Chicago. With a severe upper respiratory infection, crusty eyes, and a parasitic infection, PPAH could not walk away from her. She was brought into the rescue and immediately nursed back to health. Stellina has not been exposed to children, dogs, or other cats. All kittens must be adopted with another kitten or into a home with another young cat with which he or she can play and socialize. The majority of no-kill rescues nationwide adhere to this policy. This policy is NOT based on a desire to increase our number of adoptions, rather it ensures that the kittens we rescue, nurture, and love are adopted into homes that offer the best possible environment for their social development.
