Rue is a 2.5-year-old female mixed breed with strong shepherd and husky influences—and a few surprises thrown in. She’s packed with personality and always ready for fun. Rue thrives around people and soaks up attention, greeting everyone she meets with lots of affection and playfulness. Fetch, tug-of-war, chasing after a ball—you name it, she’s all in. Rue can be quite enthusiastic, sometimes jumping up when excited, so she’ll need a bit of help learning to keep four paws on the floor, especially around visitors. She’s fully housetrained and will let you know when she needs to go outside. Rue is also crate trained and travels nicely in the car. She gets along with cats but can be selective with dogs, so she’ll do best as the only dog in the home. Her energetic spirit makes her a great fit for someone who likes the outdoors and can give her plenty of exercise. A fenced yard would be perfect for her zoomies and games.
