About Sheena
Sheena is a resilient soul who’s weathered a rough start and come through with a fierce loyalty to those she trusts. She takes her time getting comfortable, but once she lets you in, she's your shadow—unyieldingly devoted and happy to brighten your world. Sheena prefers to be the only pet, craving a quiet home where her steady companionship can truly shine. Because of tough experiences with other dogs, including a traumatic attack that left lasting marks, she’s most at ease as the center of attention. A female-only household suits her best; while she’ll eventually warm up to men, it can take a little extra patience. Volunteers at the LaVerkin City Animal Shelter appreciate her intelligence and gentle side, and they note she truly blossoms with people she can trust. At three years old and a Husky-German Shepherd mix, Sheena is spayed, vaccinated, and microchipped. She’s ready to find safety, comfort, and genuine connection with her new person. Give Sheena the calm, loyal home she’s been waiting for. Lets make it official, apply to adopt!
