About Wyatt Earp
Ready to meet your new best friend? Apply now! Wyatt Earp is a young, deaf mixed-breed Border Collie and Australian Shepherd with a striking white and blue merle short coat. This adorable pup will need a loving family that understands his hearing impairment and can provide him with the safest environment possible. While a fenced yard is often ideal, what matters most is a secure means of containing him safely outdoors—note that invisible fencing is not considered appropriate for his needs. Wyatt is not yet house trained and will thrive best with positive reinforcement in a patient and attentive home. Wyatt is current on vaccinations, has not yet been altered, and gets along well with other dogs. Potential adopters outside the local area are welcome, but must be able to visit Omaha to complete the adoption in person (no shipping or transport arrangements). If you’re ready for a devoted, special pup and can meet his safety needs, Wyatt could be the perfect companion for your family. As a fun fact, being born on December 24th makes him a Capricorn—Capricorns tend to be smart, determined, and incredibly loyal! Make their next chapter their best one yet.
