JEANNIE was adopted in 2018 and sadly was recently found as a stray. All efforts to contact her former guardian went unanswered. Despite being abandoned JEANNIE is a sweet, loving cat. If you hope to find a magic bottle from which a genie will pop out and do all your housework and cooking, this is not the "genie" for you. Our JEANNIE is a magical cat who exudes soft love and wishes for a human companion with whom to share it. Don't waste your time rubbing "magic" bottles. Stroke JEANNIE and feel the love. JEANNIE is very timid little soul but should come around in the right home. At 12years old and with her shy nature, she would do best in a quiet, well-established home with no loud dogs or small children. She was very tolerant of a 7-year-old child - purring and rubbing her face on her cheek. Didn't mind being picked up. But would not be a playmate and would be best as an only pet with adults who would like to share their golden years with sweet JEANNIE.
