Harley is a 2.5-year-old Boston Terrier mix with an estimated birth date of 8/11/23. After being surrendered to a shelter, Harley got a second chance when the SPCA of East Texas welcomed him into our care. This handsome 22-pound boy is full of quirky charm and playful energy.
