Nemo came in through animal control after being found in a rural area where nobody came to claim him. Shelter staff didn’t expect much, but Nemo turned out to be a real surprise—he’s loving, easygoing with other dogs, and absolutely lives for fetch. He tested negative for heartworm, and his neuter is scheduled for March 30, 2026. Nemo needs someone who can offer the love and security he hasn’t had before. Not yet house trained and best as a dog who doesn’t live with cats, Nemo will fit well with someone who enjoys an active pet.
