Meet Monty! Monty is an estimated 4-year-old, 10.87 lbs, male Bichon mix. Monty is a tiny, crusty but oh so loving little guy! Monty originally came to us from the city shelter. He was found as a stray after being attacked by another dog. It took him several weeks to recover but now he is a healthy guy who is just trying to live his best life. He was adopted a couple months ago but has made his way back to us so he can find a better fit for him. Monty needs a home where he can be the only pet. Given his history, he isn't a fan of living with other dogs and feels the need to be the bigger, tougher dog. Monty is a relaxed guy who likes to sniff around the yard and relax in the sun. His dream home would be one were he can spend his free time snuggling on his humans lap. Monty does appear to be crate trained but may need some help on potty training. He is used to wearing belly bands when inside the house to ensure he doesn't hike his leg on anything. Being an only dog may also help curb the desire. The adoption fee is $250. This includes the neuter, dental cleaning, microchip, heartworm test, wellness bloodwork, fecal flotation and all core vaccines.
