About Roscoe

Every animal deserves a happy ending. This one starts with you. Meet Roscoe, a charming large mixed breed boy with Boxer and Labrador Retriever lineage, currently looking for his forever home. He has had all his vaccinations, is already neutered, and comes microchipped for extra peace of mind. Roscoe is also heartworm negative and stays healthy with ongoing flea, tick, and heartworm preventatives. Rest easy knowing house training is checked off the list as well. As a bonus, all dogs from this rescue receive a comprehensive vet check before leaving for their new adventure. Fun fact: Roscoe was born on March 14th, making his sun sign Pisces! These gentle souls are famous for their affectionate and loyal nature, so Roscoe may just be the perfect addition to your family. He is also good with dogs and children, making him a great companion both at home and out on walks. At Troy Animal Rescue Project, you can expect thorough care with each adoption, including a virtual home visit and a vet or personal reference check. Be sure to have your lease handy if you rent, and provide previous vet info if you’ve recently had pets. The adoption process is streamlined for the perfect match, but the team doesn’t do same-day adoptions to ensure every placement is just right. Make their next chapter their best one yet.
